Colleen Quinn
Colleen Quinn established Quinn Commercial Properties, LLC in September 2004, with more than 21 years of real estate experience specializing in the representation of national tenants for retail site selection and disposition of retail properties.

Ms. Quinn focuses specifically on representing national retailers to expand locally in the greater New York and Hudson Valley region. She represents some of the most recognized names in the retail industry with a client roster that includes: Wendy’s International, Michael’s Arts & Crafts Stores, Fidelity Investments, and Mavis Discount Tire.

Ms. Quinn has negotiated a variety of transactions from complex transactions including assemblages and assignments to simple lease transactions.
Walgreen’s, Home Depot’s Expo, Candlewood Hotel Suites, Calico Corners, Eileen Fisher are some of her satisfied customers.

Prior to establishing Quinn Commercial Properties, LLC, Ms. Quinn was employed by Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services (NWARES) in their White Plains office. There she developed a specialty practice exclusively representing national retailers for site selection in Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam and Dutchess Counties, as well as Fairfield County, Conn.  Specifically, Ms. Quinn successfully implemented multiple store expansion programs for various retailers including
Starbucks Coffee, Washington Mutual Bank, Hollywood Video and Quizno’s Subs. While at Northwest Ms. Quinn represented Costco for the disposition of stores in New York and New Jersey.

Prior to NWARES, Ms. Quinn served as a retail brokerage professional at CB Commercial Real Estate Services (CBRE), the largest full service real estate brokerage firm in the United States. CBRE was recognized nationally for their superior training programs. There she was invited to participate in training at the Arthur Andersen training facility in Chicago. While at CBRE, Ms. Quinn earned the title of senior associate for having achieved a steady level of successfully completed transactions.  In 1994, Ms. Quinn was invited to serve as a member of CBRE’s Retail Tenant Services (RTS), group that was formed to provide services for national store expansion in 40 cities across the U.S. She completed transactions with various retailers including
Calico Corners, Walgreen’s, Fidelity Investments, Pizza Hut, and Mavis Discount Tire a regional tire store which now has over 110 locations.

Ms. Quinn focused on lease negotiation, investment sales of retail properties and land, negotiating assemblages, lease assignments and exchanges.

Ms. Quinn earned a Masters Degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of Albany. She has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1988 and served as ICSC New York/New Jersey State Chairperson- for Public Relations and Community Service, from 1996-2000. Ms. Quinn is currently working toward a CCIM designation.
